Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after order confirmation. You will receive a notification via SMS or email once your order is on its way.

Custom Products: Orders containing custom products may take 4-7 business days to ship.

Dispatch Schedule: Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Sundays.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on your location. Generally, it takes 5-10 business days for your order to arrive. For orders destined for North-Eastern States, delivery may take up to 15 days.

Order Changes: Once an order is confirmed, no modifications are permitted. This includes cancellations, additions, product changes, or coupon code alterations. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Out of Stock Items: In the rare event that an item in your order becomes unavailable or there are delays, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to inform you of the situation and discuss possible options.

Delivery Discrepancies: If your order's delivery status indicates "delivered" but you have not received your package, please notify us within 24 hours by emailing artsshala.delhi@gmail.com with the subject "Wrong Delivery Status" and your order ID. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of any entitlement to a refund or support from our team.
